Fred Russell Harris appeals his conviction of possession of cocaine. Following a jury trial, the jury assessed punishment at twenty five years' confinement. In his second point of error, Harris argues that the trial court erred in denying his motion for an instructed verdict because the State failed to prove that he exercised care, control, and management over the cocaine.
