The Central & Southern Bank of Georgia (The Bank) brought suit against Roger D. Williford to recover a deficiency balance remaining after the Bank repossessed and sold a customized van purchased by Williford from Ted Wallace Chevrolet-Olds, Inc. (Wallace) and financed by the Bank. The action was tried before a jury, and after the close of the Bank's evidence the trial court granted Williford's motion for a directed verdict on the ground that appellant...
