Defendant Klamberg appeals from a judgment in favor of plaintiff, Robert Poetz, in this court tried case.

Plaintiff's petition sought recovery for damages to an automobile owned partially by him and damaged in a collision between defendant and Lisa Poetz, plaintiff's daughter and a co-owner of the vehicle.
