This is an action in redhibition by plaintiff, Loren Sonfield, who purchased a used automobile from defendant, Sam E. Burleson, Jr.. The case was tried by a commissioner who made findings of fact and recommended that the case be dismissed. The trial judge adopted the findings and recommendation and plaintiff has appealed. The principal issue is whether a malfunctioning odometer furnished a basis for plaintiff to sustain her action in redhibition...
