Savers Federal Savings and Loan Association, a creditor of the bankrupt Knightsbridge Development Company, Inc., commenced this adversary action in bankruptcy for a declaratory judgment that two acts beneficial to another creditor, McCarthy Construction Company, were void under the automatic stay.
