Louis R. Lundgren appeals the trial court's order denying his motions for summary judgment. The trial court determined that Lundgren could remain personally liable on guaranties despite the fact the principal debtors may have been discharged of liability by virtue of the bank's election to foreclose by advertisement rather than by action.
