Appellant seeks to reverse the judgment of the trial court that determined he is the father of Respondent-minor child (hereinafter, K.D.) and that ordered him to pay child support in the amount of $40 per week. Appellant contends the trial court erred (1) in finding that he is the father of K.D.; (2) in finding that he had a duty to support K.D.; and (3) in ordering him to pay child support in the amount of $40 per week.
