PECK, Justice.

Appellant, Marjorie Johnston, appeals from a denial of her motion for relief from judgment in a foreclosure proceeding brought by appellee, Richard Perrott. She also appeals the trial court's denial of her motion to continue in a separate action by appellant against the appellee, alleging "wrongful and fraudulent foreclosure." Separate notices of appeal were filed from the rulings on the motions in each action. The appeals have been consolidated here...
