Relators Wintz Freight Systems (WFS), DGT Properties, Inc. (DGT), and their owners seek review by writ of certiorari from two orders of the MTRB. On January 26, 1989, the MTRB adopted the findings of the administrative law judge (ALJ) and concluded that DGT did not comply with Minn.
