This appeal is from an order of the superior court granting Oaken Keg1 summary judgment in a wrongful death action brought by Pauline Williford, personal representative of the Estate of Gilbert Tomaganuk ("the Estate"). Tomaganuk was killed when struck by a car driven by Derald Beigelow in Anchorage April 5, 1985. The Estate alleges that the Oaken Keg caused Tomaganuk's death by providing
