Appellant Robert M. Zufelt, Mayor of Benton City, Washington, appealed from an order of the Benton County Superior Court which found a recall petition filed against him by Respondent David Alexander statutorily sufficient to charge acts of misfeasance and malfeasance interfering with the performance of his official mayoral duties.
