This is an appeal from an order of the trial court staying further litigation between the parties and compelling them to proceed to arbitration. Appellee, Reliance Pipeline Co., Inc. ("Reliance"), moved this Court to dismiss this appeal for want of jurisdiction, claiming that the order appealed from is interlocutory and not appealable. We ordered that motion taken with the case.
