This is an appeal by Maudie Harrell ("Maudie"), defendant-appellant, of a judgment by the Findlay Municipal Court, wherein the court ruled that Maudie Harrell and Donald A. Fulk ("Donald"), defendant-appellee, jointly and severally owed to the First National Bank of Findlay, Ohio ("bank"), plaintiff-appellee, a balance due on a Visa charge card in the amount of $703.75 plus interest and costs.
