The appellant, James Michael Johnson, was convicted in a jury trial of conspiracy to commit robbery. He was sentenced to ten years imprisonment. On appeal, Johnson raises the following issues: (1) whether the evidence was sufficient to support his conviction for conspiracy; (2) whether jurisdiction in Virginia was established; and (3) whether the trial court abused its discretion in permitting the Commonwealth to reopen its case to prove jurisdiction...
