Plaintiff Dennis Curtin (hereinafter plaintiff), a trash collector for the City of Binghamton in Broome County, was injured when a sanitation truck backed into him on property owned by defendants Michael Kushner and Virginia Kushner and leased to defendant Campbell Distributing Company, Inc.
