MESCHKE, Justice.

Gary N. Stedman and June D. Stedman appealed from a judgment evicting them from a farm. We affirm.

In 1979, Stedmans mortgaged their 2,500 acre farm in Foster County to Federal Land Bank of Saint Paul for a $525,000 loan. After Stedmans defaulted on their loan payments, the Federal Land Bank foreclosed the mortgage.
