The Chicago Journeymen Plumbers' Local Union 130, U.A. ("Union") appeals the district court's denial of the Union's motion for leave to intervene as of right as a party defendant pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 24(a)(2).1 We affirm for the reasons that follow.
