Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(a), appellant Illinois Bell Telephone Company ("Illinois Bell") appeals the final order entered by the bankruptcy court in this adversary proceeding on October 12, 1988. In that ruling, the bankruptcy court granted summary judgment to appellees Directional International, Ltd.; Access Microcenters, Inc.; and the New Personal Computer Network, Inc.
