Defendant Arrington Brothers Construction, Inc. (hereafter ABC) is a general contractor. In 1985 ABC secured a contract to remodel a church in Hollister, Idaho. Plaintiff Norman Arrington (hereafter Arrington) subcontracted with ABC to do the electrical work on the church.
