Nathaniel and Clotile Mounger brought this action against Patricia Brown and Wayne Bradshaw for the wrongful death of their son, Nathan Mounger, who was killed on October 19, 1983, in an automobile accident in Calhoun County, Alabama. At the time of the accident, Nathan was 30 years old and a resident of Georgia, and the Moungers were residents of Michigan. The Moungers filed their complaint on October 19, 1984, alleging that they were the administrators...
