Plaintiffs are the Trustees of the United Mine Workers 1974 Pension Plan, in which defendant B & H Trucking Co. was a participating employer until its withdrawal in 1983. The Trustees appeal from an order of the district court affirming an arbitrator's determination that such withdrawal occurred in July rather than, as the Trustees assert, in June 1983. We reverse...
