PER CURIAM.

This is a conviction for driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, on a plea of nolo contendere before the trial court.

Appellant pleaded after denial of his pretrial motion to suppress evidence obtained by peace officers upon stopping appellant at a police roadblock, detaining him and investigating his sobriety. The court of appeals found the initial stop was not authorized by law...
