Appellant was convicted in a joint trial of aggravated robbery and assessed 55 years in the Department of Corrections. V.T.C. A. Penal Code, § 29.03. Two co-defendants, Keith Busby and appellant's brother Clinton Webb, were also convicted of aggravated robbery in the same trial.
