Petitioner, a State Trooper, was served with charges and specifications relating to five separate incidents of misconduct and violation of various regulations of the State Police in the period between May 11, 1987 and September 12, 1987. Testimony elicited at the resulting hearing described an incident in which petitioner, while driving off duty in his private vehicle, ran a red light and then drove his vehicle in excess of 90 miles per hour...
