In 1986 the Debtors filed a Chapter 13 proceeding which was subsequently converted to a Chapter 7 proceeding where the Debtors obtained a discharge. On June 7, 1988, the Debtors filed a Chapter 13 proceeding. Under their original Plan, Beneficial Finance (BENEFICIAL) and Credithrift of America, Inc. (CREDITHRIFT), holders of unsecured cosigned claims, were classified along with other secured creditors...
