These are consolidated cross-appeals from the judgment of sentence for aggravated assault. The Commonwealth contends that the trial court erred in arresting judgment on the felonious aggravated assault conviction and entering judgment for misdemeanor aggravated assault. In his cross-appeal, appellant-Anthony (hereinafter "Anthony") contends that the trial court erred in excluding the testimony of his alibi witnesses. For the reasons set forth below...
