Plaintiff Guido Ferrante brings this action against his long-time former employer, International Salt Company, and three former supervisors at International Salt's Detroit mining plant: Harvey Poloni, general manager; Darrell Fry, personnel and safety manager; and Bill Shaver, plant superintendent.
