This is a review of an unpublished decision of the court of appeals which affirmed a judgment of conviction of the circuit court for Milwaukee county, Ralph G. Gorenstein, judge. A jury found the defendant, David Davis (Davis), guilty of firstdegree murder while armed, secs. 940.01 and 939.63, Stats. (1985-1986), and armed robbery, sec. 943.32(1)(a). On appeal, Mr. Davis asserts that the circuit court improperly denied his request for a felony murder jury...
