Plaintiff, Norwest Financial Consumer Discount Company (Norwest), has filed an adversary proceeding against the debtor, Carol J. Koch, seeking a determination that a debt allegedly incurred by the debtor on January 27, 1987 is nondischargeable. In addition, Norwest contends that Ms. Koch should be denied a discharge.
