Plaintiff, a Florida corporation, is a chapter 11 debtor-in-possession in a New York bankruptcy filed Christmas Eve, 1986. It seeks $100,000 in actual and punitive damages from defendants upon the ground that a truck and a concrete plant were sold, respectively...
