GARRISON, Judge.

The defendants, Reginald and Thomas Alford, were each charged by grand jury indictment with two counts of aggravated kidnapping, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:44, two counts of armed robbery, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:64 and two counts of aggravated rape, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:42. A jury found both defendants guilty as charged on all counts. The defendants were sentenced to: 1) life imprisonment at hard labor on each count of aggravated
