TAYLOR, Judge.

Appellant Levi Hill was convicted of sexual abuse in the second degree, in violation of § 13A-6-67(a)(2), Code of Alabama 1975, a class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to serve 12 months in the Talladega County Jail. On appeal he presents two issues. Since one requires reversal and is dispositive of the case, we will address only it. We do not intend, however, to say the other issue does not also justify reversal.
