Per Curiam.

Daniel Bishop, plaintiff-appellant, appeals the judgment of the trial court in favor of defendant-appellee, Hybud Equipment Corp. On November 13, 1986, appellant was injured within the scope of his employment with appellee. Appellant filed an intentional tort claim, pursuant to R.C. 4121.80.

The facts are these: Appellant was driving his truck downhill on Merriman Road. When he applied the brakes, they locked causing him to lose control...
