This appeal concerns whether a putative father may adjudicate the issue of his paternity in a proceeding under G.L.c. 210, § 3 (1986 ed.), where the child concerned was conceived and born of a married woman. We conclude that a putative father has no right to a hearing on the issue of paternity in the context of a c. 210, § 3, proceeding.
