Appellant, David Hargrove, Jr., appeals from a judgment of conviction and sentence of life imprisonment without parole for twenty-five years for the crime of first-degree murder.

Factually, the case arose out of a homicide following a fight between Hargrove and a man known as Rock. The fight was broken up by John McNeil. The combatants left the scene but Hargrove allegedly returned shortly thereafter...
