Myers appeal from the July 17, 1986 order of the Circuit Court of Mineral County that reformed and corrected their deed along with four other deeds to a 10 acre tract of land known as Detrick Acres Subdivision. As a result of the reformation the Myers' property was reduced from two acres to 1.183 acres and a road through their property was determined to be an easement of necessity...
