This is an action brought by the post-1977 retirees of the Bessemer Cement Company ("Bessemer") seeking entitlement to lifetime health and life insurance benefits. The retirees assert causes of action under Sections 502(a)(1)(B), (a)(2) and (a)(3) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act ("ERISA"), 29 U.S.C. §§ 1132(a)(1)(B), (a)(2) and (a)(3) and Section 301 of the Labor-Management Relations Act ("LMRA")...
