DUFRESNE, Judge.

This is an appeal by Michael Parliman, plaintiff-appellant, from a judgment in favor of Don Kennelly and his insurer, United Fidelity and Guaranty Co., defendants-appellees, in a suit arising out of a boating accident. Because we find that the jury was improperly instructed as to the import of the interrogatories, and was thus led to render conflicting answers on the issue of defendants' liability, we set aside the judgment in favor of the defendants...
