Anthony Kirven appeals his conviction for attempted capital murder wherein the jury returned a guilty verdict and assessed punishment at life imprisonment in the Texas Department of Corrections and a $10,000.00 fine. In two points of error, Kirven contends that: (1) the evidence is insufficient to support the conviction; and (2) the admission of bolstering testimony before the jury constituted reversible error.
