Roger Re killed his wife and appeals his convictions of Murder First Degree (11 Del. C. § 636 (1975)), Possession of a Deadly Weapon During the Commission of a Felony (11 Del.C. § 1447 (1975)), and Possession of a Destructive Weapon (11 Del.C. § 1444 (1975)).
