OPINION

PER CURIAM:

This case hinges on the question of whether, in a civil case, a trial judge, under Nevada law, may exclude counsel from participating directly in voir dire of the jury panel.1 Although a trial judge may reasonably restrict the right of supplemental attorney-conducted voir dire, we hold that he may not prohibit the right altogether.
