INTRODUCTION

The plaintiffs initiated this adversary proceeding under Section 523(a)(2) of the Bankruptcy Code by complaint on November 25, 1987. The complaint alleged that the debtors knowingly sold to the plaintiffs residential real estate that was termite infested and damaged.
