This defendant was convicted in this court, on March 27, 1984, upon jury verdicts, of grand larceny in the second degree, three counts, grand larceny in the third degree, petit larceny, commercial bribing in the first degree and scheme to defraud in the first degree. He thereafter was convicted upon his plea of guilty to three additional counts of attempted grand larceny in the second degree, and sentence was imposed by this court...
