Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Second Department.

February 29, 1988

Ordered that the judgment is modified, as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, by reducing the minimum term of the sentence from 20 years to 15 years; as so modified, the judgment is affirmed.

Witnesses testified at the defendant's trial that he dragged his estranged wife into his car, shot her in the back as she tried to escape out the car door and then shot her several times as she lay wounded in the driveway...
