This matter is before the Court on the Trustee's complaint for the turnover of a promissory note from Martin and Debora Wood which is secured by a deed of trust relating to certain property in Pima County, Arizona. Payments under the note are made to Stewart Title & Trust of Tuscon as escrow agent, and Stewart in turn forwards the payments to the Debtors.
