BUTTS, Justice.

The mother of Carlos Mejia, deceased, appeals from a take nothing summary judgment granted in a wrongful death and survival action against the City of San Antonio. The trial court found that "all the acts of Defendant complained of by Plaintiff in her petition, are actions for which there exists no exception under the Texas Tort Claims Act."
