Charles Albert Grayer seeks vacation of his guilty plea to the crime of assault with intent to rape entered March 25, 1970, upon which he was sentenced to ten years imprisonment. Grayer flat-timed his sentence. The conviction still haunts him as it has been used to enhance to habitual offender status a subsequent burglary conviction. See Grayer v. State,
