The formal parties to this appeal are the divorced parents of a daughter, H, the ultimate real party in interest. She was born in 1982. On November 8, 1984, appellant Morgan was awarded custody of H and appellee Foretich was given liberal visitation. Almost continuously since that date, the parties have been in litigation on these issues, with numerous appeals to this court and two published opinions. See Morgan v. Foretich,
