JUNELL, Justice.

In a jury trial appellant was convicted of the felony offense of possession of cocaine. The jury found appellant had one prior felony conviction and sentenced him to forty-five years imprisonment and a fine of $4,500.00.

Appellant brings four points of error asserting that: (1) the evidence is insufficient to prove that appellant committed the offense; (2) the trial court erred in admitting in evidence the crack cocaine allegedly...
