NIERENGARTEN, Judge.

Appellant Julie Synstelian brought this suit against respondents State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (State Farm) and American Family Insurance Company (American Family) for underinsured motorist (UIM) benefits. The trial court granted the insurance carriers summary judgment and Synstelian appeals. We reverse and remand.
